2. How do I remove someone’s access or deactivate a login?

If you no longer want someone to have access to the Unbox Social account you can revoke their access by writing to your Account Manager. Please note, it will take us up to 48 hours to deactivate an account.

3. How do I reset my password?

If you know your password, go to or click on the Admin button on the bottom left corner of the dashboard & then select the Account Settings option. You would be required to enter your Current Password & New Password to reset your password.

4. I’ve forgotten my password, how do I access my account.

If you're not logged in but have forgotten your password, follow the steps on the Login page by clicking the Forgot Password option. Enter your email address and you will receive a password reset link in your inbox. Make sure you check your spam folder in case it doesn’t show up in your inbox. Please keep in mind that you'll need access to the email associated with your account.
